We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your website content or agent conversations to train AI models.
Agent conversations are processed by third-party large-language-model providers strictly to generate responses for your requests. Content is transmitted only for the duration of the request and is not used by us for model training.
We share data only with: (a) Paddle.com for payment processing; (b) LLM infrastructure providers for agent responses; (c) hosting/network providers (e.g., cloud and CDN vendors) as sub-processors; (d) authorities where required by law.
Account and billing records are retained as long as your subscription is active and for the period required by tax/accounting law (generally up to 10 years for invoices). Website content is retained while your site is active and for 30 days after account closure, then permanently deleted upon request or expiry.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for marketing, by emailing privacy@h2vm.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We use TLS in transit, isolated sandboxed runtimes per tenant, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we notify affected users of any qualifying data breach as required by law.
Our infrastructure and sub-processors may be located outside your country. Where required, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
We use only strictly necessary cookies (login session, security). No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
