By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any H2vm service (AI-native websites, cloud AI agents, employee agents, and related APIs, collectively the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
H2vm provides AI-powered website building and hosting with intelligent agents, billed by subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business) with monthly or yearly billing cycles. Plan limits (number of agents, compute points, resources) are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information, including a valid email address.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practicable.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals.
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from unavailability except as required by law.
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for having lawful rights to all content you publish.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, H2vm's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or non-payment.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
